This trailer is run by the grandson of Texas barbecue legend Louie Mueller, John Mueller. You’ll find traditional smoked brisket, beef ribs, sausage, pork ribs, pork shoulder and turkey will be available, as well as classic sides such as baked squash, potato salad and pinto beans. Sometimes you’ll catch a free beer if you end up waiting in a long line.
